What does a VA or OBM actually do for me?

In plain terms, I take the admin, operations, and backend work off your plate so you can focus on the parts of your business that actually make money. Inbox and scheduling, client communication, systems, operations, the details. I manage them so you can finally breathe.

What do you offer?

Six core services: Executive Virtual Assistance, Online Business Management, Operations and Systems Management, Legal and Executive Admin Support, E-Commerce and Shopify Support, and Ops On Call. Each has its own page with everything spelled out, including the prices.

Who do you work with?

Founders and entrepreneurs, coaches and online educators, creators, law firms and attorneys, e-commerce owners, and busy professionals. If you're overwhelmed, scaling, or tired of doing it all alone, you're who I'm for.

Do I have to get on a call before I can buy?

Not at all. If you've read the site and you're sold, purchase directly and we get going. The call is there for people who want it, not a hoop to jump through.

What if I'm not sure which service I need?

Totally normal, and exactly what the free consultation is for. Tell me what's going on and I'll point you to the right fit, even if it's the smallest one. I'd rather you start right than start big.

How do we start?

Book a call or message me through the site. I map out what you need, recommend a plan, onboard you smoothly, and you start handing things off straight away.

How involved do I have to be?

Less and less over time, that's the point. Early on I learn how you work, your voice, your clients, your standards. After that I take things off your plate so completely you stop thinking about them. You'll never have to micromanage me.

Will it still feel like my business?

Yes, and this matters to me more than almost anything. I don't paste my way over yours. I learn yours, until it runs so seamlessly no one can tell where you end and the support begins.

What tools do you work in?

Honestly, almost everything, and I adapt fast. Project management like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday, Airtable, and Notion. CRM and automation like Dubsado, GoHighLevel, Tave, HubSpot, PracticePanther, Clio, 17Hats, Skool, and Circle. Comms like Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Loom. Design like Canva, Adobe Acrobat Pro, CapCut, and Descript. E-commerce like Shopify, Etsy, Stan Store, Payhip, Square, and Wix. If you use something not on the list, I'll learn it quickly.

How do you communicate?

Your preference becomes mine. Email, Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom, voice notes, Loom, or a mix. Clear, consistent, and proactive, never chasing you for direction.

Do you work across time zones?

Every day. My clients span EST, PST, CST, the UK, the UAE, and beyond. Different clocks, same standard.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday, 8 to 4 EST, with flexibility depending on your package and time zone.

How do you keep quality high?

I don't just complete tasks. A, B, and C level planning, QA checks before anything's delivered, error catching, clear documentation, weekly updates, and proper testing of every workflow. Quality, communication, and consistency aren't negotiable.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Seriously, always, and especially for legal and executive clients. NDAs, secure storage, private access, and industry-standard data protection. Your information stays safe.

Can I try before committing?

No free trials, but a free consultation so we both make sure it's the right fit before anything starts. New clients also get a satisfaction guarantee.

Not happy with something?

Tell me, and I fix it. I'm solution first, responsive, and genuinely invested in your experience.

Do you offer custom packages?

Yes. Most clients run on tailored retainers based on hours, intensity, and the type of work. If the standard plans don't fit, we build one that does.

Can you help with launches, funnels, and systems?

Absolutely. Launches, workflows, funnels, onboarding systems, SOPs, sales pages, content planning, and more, through the OBM and operations side.

Do you offer tutoring or academic support?

I do, quietly and on request. With a teaching background, I take on select academic and tutoring work. It's not a core service here, so just ask me directly and we'll talk.
